All registrations are subject to approval by the Turning Point Events team. All general admission registrations are non-refundable. All VIP registrations are eligible for a refund before the cancellation deadline. Hotel fees, add-ons, and processing fees are non-refundable for any registration type. If you cancel your registration after the deadline (September 12th, 2025) or fail to attend the majority of the conference, you are responsible for paying the cancellation fee ($200). If you cancel your attendance and repurchase your ticket, reinstatement to the conference is up to the discretion of the Turning Point Events Team. Reserving seats in general sessions is prohibited. Any materials used to reserve seats (including a bag) will be moved to the back of the room. All seating in general session is first come, first served.
